Track Your Mileage Easily

Managing your travel expenses for work just got easier with the Pie Tax App's Quick Add Mileage Tracker. This feature allows you to effortlessly log your mileage for each journey, helping you claim travel expenses using HMRC's flat rate for simplified expenses.

According to the HMRC’s simplified expenses guidelines, you can claim 45p per mile for cars and vans for the first 10,000 miles and 25p per mile after that, while motorcycles are eligible for 24p per mile. Whether you're using a car, motorcycle, van, or bike, simply enter your vehicle details, journey start and end addresses, and the app will automatically calculate the miles travelled. With just a few taps, you can track your mileage and submit it for accurate expense reporting, ensuring your records are always up to date and compliant with HMRC’s guidelines.
