Terms and Conditions: Pie Referral Scheme

Eligibility

• The referral scheme is open to individuals aged 18 or older residing in the UK.

Conditions

• A referral is considered valid only if the referred individual uses the unique referral link provided by the referrer.
• There is no limit to the number of referrals a referrer can make, provided all referred individuals meet the eligibility and submission criteria.

Fraud and Abuse

• Pie reserves the right to investigate any suspected fraudulent activity or misuse of the referral scheme.
• Pie may disqualify any referrer or referred individual found violating these terms or engaging in suspicious behaviour.

Scheme Modifications and Termination

• Pie reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral scheme at any time without prior notice.
• Any changes will be communicated on the Pie website and/or via email to active users.

General

• This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion.
• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• By participating in the referral scheme, you agree to these terms and conditions.
